This often takes place during the design process. Our early involvement is the key to successful Pre-Construction services. Our hired General Contractors typically attend regular design meetings with the A/E team and Owner to provide information and recommendations.

Some examples of Pre-Construction services are value engineering, design-assist, scheduling, and budgeting. One significant component of Pre-Construction services is a constructability analysis. This review allows our General Contractors to draw from their knowledge and expertise to examine if the design can be constructed as planned.
