RESTAURANT DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION LLC provides many services to our customers. We have experience providing Project Management Construction work for restaurants, commercial kitchens, dining rooms design and remodeling, and other projects in The South Florida Region area.

Our General Contractor, Chief Electrician, and Chief Plumber have more than fifty years of building experience. We use Design/Build for handling all restaurants or commercial remodeling and new construction. 

This means our architect and the builder collaborate from the beginning of any project. We don´t just design the project and then take bids to find something to fit a customer´s budget.

With Design/Build, we keep any project within the customer´s budget thanks to the architect and builder´s close work. We´ll be with you at each stage of your construction or remodeling.

Much of our work is negotiated — ongoing clients seek us out in the early stages to explore budgeting of design concepts. Maintaining a portion of our work in competitive bidding enables us to stay sharp on cost trends.

For owners that prefer a single point of contact for the entire design and construction process, RESTAURANT  DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION  offers Project Management and design-build. We manage all project aspects, from selecting Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors and Sub-contractors.

On other projects, we frequently employ design assistance, interviewing and pre-selecting major Sub-contractors to collaborate with the design team in analyzing potential building systems. We balance the owner´s desire for function, aesthetics, operations, and maintenance to right-size all systems through an iterative process.
