Laura Rolo is a Real Estate Broker with twelve years of experience in the field.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Laura attended the University of The Intituto Superior del Profesorado de Educacon Fisica, a college specializing in Physical Education and Training, for four years.

After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in 2002, she moved to the United States, finding permanent residence in Miami, Florida.

As Physical Education Teacher, Laura, joined You Fit Gyms, a company with more than a dozen locations throughout the Sothern Florida Region, directing the Silver Sneakers Program. This program focuses on third-age people searching for a better fit.

Miss Rolo worked at You Fit Gyms in multiple properties for eight years until 2010.

In 2010 promoted by her love and attraction to sales, direct contact with people and the real estate industry, she started working independently with several property owners holding the position of Property Manager working in the Southern Florida Region with responsibilities that encompassed property management the facets, including development, appraisal, marketing, selling, leasing, and management of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.

In 2019 Once she acquired her Real Estate Agent License joined Brown Harris Stevens, Coconut Branch, taking the position of Real Estate Agent.

After obtaining her license as a Real Estate Instructor, Laura accepted the position of Real Estate Instructor for Gold Coast Schools in Aventura, FL, a school she has served with distinction since 2020.

Gold Coast Schools is Florida’s leading provider of classroom and online real estate, insurance, construction, mortgage, CAM, and appraisal courses.

This school has been offering professional education since 1970. It has become Florida’s number one real estate school based on the number of enrollments during the past ten years, the number of permanent classroom locations, and the classes and services they provide.

In 2022 she gained the Real Estate Broker License and entered South Florida Investment as an Associate Broker. She has been performing this job in conjunction with her duties as a teacher at Gold Coat Schools.

This year she gained the Community Association Manager Certification (CAM) from Gold Coast Schools.
