Henry Villarreal is a fully licensed, insured, and experienced General Contractor who has dedicated himself to the construction industry for the past fifteen years.  

As Senior VP of Business Development at his own company Gator Constructions USA he works in conjunction with Field Managers in building strategies, improving local knowledge of the company’s services to retain and penetrate the market share. At the same time, he is responsible for putting together marketing programs that focus on collecting and distributing local market intelligence throughout the organization. 

He is also responsible for launching new services and promoting new disciplines the company has acquired. 

At Restaurant Design & Construction, Henry manages the Company projects, ensuring they run on time, on budget, and smoothly. He manages project workforce and schedules with an eye to required skill levels, quality control, and completion dates.

 He is directly involved in every project and directs and supervises the subcontractor’s effective production, safety, sustainable construction practices, job site logistics, problem resolution, permitting, and project turnover.

Education

In 2001, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Florida International University class of 2001

Right after that, from 2001 -2003, he attended Nova Southeastern University and holds a Master’s degree in finance and international business
